Pola Terms of Service

By using the Pola app, you accept these terms. Pola is a baby tracker that helps parents record feeding, sleep, diapers, measurements and health information and share it with another caregiver.

1. Account and access

You need an account to use Pola (sign in with Apple, Google, or email and password). You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the data you enter into the app.

2. Plans: Free, Plus, and Lifetime

The daily journal for one baby is free forever, with no ads and unlimited history — feeding, sleep, diapers, measurements, health, medicine, diet, reminders, charts, and widgets are all included. Pola Plus unlocks exactly three features: PDF reports for the doctor, more than one child, and more than one caregiver. These are available through a Pola Plus subscription or a one-time Pola Lifetime purchase. The 14-day Plus trial requires no card and never automatically converts into a paid subscription.

3. Payments and subscriptions

Purchases are processed through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play. Renewals, cancellations, and refunds follow the terms of the respective store and are managed in your Apple or Google account settings.

4. Sharing and acceptable use

You can share a journal with another caregiver using an invitation code. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that compromise security or abuse our APIs. The app is provided “as is” and does not substitute for medical advice.
